Ingredients
- 1 chopped duck
- 500 g of Cerdanya turnips
- 3 grated tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- A bunch of herbs: bay leaf, thyme, cinnamon
- Flour / Salt / Pepper / Oil / Water
To make the chopped sauce:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 carquinyoli
- A handful of toasted almonds
- A stream of “rancio” wine
Elaboration
Season and brown the duck in a saucepan and set aside. In the same pan, fry the onion and tomato. Add the pull, soak in water and cook slowly. Peel a squash, grate it and fry the turnips. Add them to the casserole half an hour before the end of cooking, along with the sauce with “rancio” wine.
