Cerdanya is characterized by the great variety of local products, thanks to its privileged geographical location. The cuisine of the region is diverse, rich and unique, with typical and traditional dishes from the orchard, poultry, livestock, fishing and hunting, typical of each time of year.

The gastronomic offer mainly includes Trinxat, Tiró (duck) with turnips, Xicoies salad … dishes that identify a natural and personalized cuisine, exclusive to this valley and praised by gourmets who seek the originality of local cuisine.
