Ingredients
- Half rabbit cut into pieces
- 400 g of rice
- 200 g of pork chop into small pieces
- 100 g of peas.
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 grated ripe tomatoes
- Aromatic herbs
- Mushrooms (according to season)
- 1 liter of water
- Sal
- Olive oil
- To make the chopped sauce:
- 1 clove garlic
- A few strands of saffron
- Parsley
Elaboration
In a saucepan with oil, fry the pieces of rabbit and pork chop until well browned and remove. In the same oil, fry the onion, garlic and tomato. When the stir-fry is brown, add the pieces of meat and stir the whole. Add the rice, mix with the stir-fry for a couple of minutes and add the boiling water. After a while, add the peas and the chopped leaves with a little cooking broth. Boil for about 15 minutes. If halfway through cooking you see that water is missing, add it, always boiling.
