sec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c9laboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nous disposons le morceau de saumon frais sans ar\u00eates.<\/p>\n<p>Prenons un r\u00e9cipient et m\u00e9langeons le sel, le sucre et l&rsquo;aneth.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un r\u00e9cipient, placez le saumon avec la peau vers le bas et recouvrez-le compl\u00e8tement avec le m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir d&rsquo;un film alimentaire et d\u00e9poser un autre r\u00e9cipient par dessus afin que le saumon lib\u00e8re toute son eau et prenne le go\u00fbt de la marinade.<\/p>\n<p>Nous le laisserons au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant environ 48 heures.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 48 heures, retirez tout le m\u00e9lange et lavez-le soigneusement sous l&rsquo;eau courante.<\/p>\n<p>Si n\u00e9cessaire, nous pouvons le laisser tremper pendant quelques heures afin qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas si fort.<\/p>\n<p>Nous allons le couper en d\u00e9s, en enlevant la peau, et nous mettrons une goutte d&rsquo;huile fum\u00e9e sur chaque d\u00e9 (si nous n&rsquo;en avons pas, on peut utiliser de l&rsquo;huile vierge).<\/p>\n<p>Nous l&rsquo;accompagnerons de quelques toasts
