Inspired by the El Verger Cerdà Farm&Gardens, the abundance of our land and a deep respect for life, we offer a flavourful, seasonal and creative cuisine where each dish tells a story of soil, care and future.
The Arç Regenerative Gastroteca is also a place for gathering, learning and transformation through food: that’s why it includes our Living Menu, the breakfast buffet, the cooking classroom, the farm shop with our own products, and visits to our medicinal garden.
